Whether you are buying, selling or maintaining your home, or need your much-loved vacation home periodically checked during the off-season, Sensible Home Inspections, LLC provides professional and quality service from the moment you contact us. If desired, we will take the time to walk through the home with you and and explain my observations in a clear and concise manner. We always adhere to the New Jersey Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors for all full residential inspections that are performed. After we walk through the home together, the observations made to the home will be discussed with you and your agent. We will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. We will also mention the items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. All of this will be detailed in an easy-to-read Spectora report, which will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. From that report, you will be able to see the items we discussed, with images for reference. Remember, a quality inspection always makes great sense!
